As I prepare to move on into my specializations,  I would like to thank each one of you who visited my blog and posted comments, and also for supporting and increasing my knowledge thought out this course. It was my pleasure to team up with such a knowledgeable group of people who share common goals. Hope to see you in my upcoming courses 
Based on my pervious experiences with working with different groups to achieve common goal, the high performing teams are harder to leave because high performing teams share common vision, goals and stand strong together towards challenges to achieve the desire goal. Its also hard to loose people that you established clear     get attached to and share common vision. When there is a clear norm, Team relationships will be better and they respect and trust each other and the team stays focused on the vision. Team members become more flexible and interdependent on each other and communication improves. I mentioned in the discussion post about the great teamwork I experienced when I was the maid of honor of my friend.   Planning her bridal shower with the bridesmaids is a great example of teamwork. I recently had a disagreement with my dad for treating my younger brother not fairly. My dad thinks that my younger brother is not responsible and doesn’t care about saving his money. I have heard my dad screaming at him and telling him that he needs to grow up. Based on the conflict resolution that we studied this week communication climate is important is how we talk to one another. In this case, my dad is not showing empathy to my brother while communicating with him. He needs to understand his feeling and try to solve his issue with him differently and understanding his point of view. In this case the   three R’s, which is consist, of Respectful, Reciprocal, and Responsive, building positive interactions to promote effective relationships. Its important for my dad and brother to understand about the three Rs. This would positively impact communication because we must first respect others and our differences.
