As I prepare to move on into my specializations, I would like to thank each one of you who visited my blog and posted comments, and also for supporting and increasing my knowledge thought out this course. Based on my pervious experiences with working with different groups to achieve common goal, the high performing teams are harder to leave because high performing teams share common vision, goals and stand strong together towards challenges to achieve the desire goal. Its also hard to loose people that you established clear     get attached to and share common vision. When there is a clear norm, Team relationships will be better and they respect and trust each other and the team stays focused on the vision. Team members become more flexible and interdependent on each other and communication improves. I mentioned in the discussion post about the great teamwork I experienced when I was the maid of honor of my friend.   Planning her bridal shower with the bridesmaids is a great example of teamwork.
