Sharing Web Resources I chose Association for Children Education International organization. ACEI is international organization and its belief that education is important for development. The focus of ACEI to educate all children , but their main focus is on meeting the education needs to the children that in need the most. Their work started in 1892 to promote kindergarten education in the United States and internationally. In 1930 their work expanded to promote education to primary school years. In their Global/ACEI news section “ Our Children Marching For Their Lives in the United States” caught my attention. Children in United States and around the world are marching to protest against gun violence in schools. The violence in today’s world has become ordinary and common. World Forum Radio It is shocking to hear in the World Forum Radio by Barnabus Otaala talking about children are HIV positive in the villages. Children and young people are to choose a lifestyle, which will protect them from the possibility of being infected with HIV; they must be given access to age-appropriate information and education on the disease. It is also important to educate adults so they can continue to care for their children with the appropriate medical, financial and psychological support. Regular HIV testing, treatment, monitoring and care for children living with HIV can enable them to live long and fulfilling lives. However, lack of necessary resources for testing and child-friendly prevention programs mean children continue to suffer the consequences of this deadly disease To fight against HIV in children living in Villages, it needs to be awareness about the consequences of this deadly disses Therefore. My Support My Family is my number one support and my relationship with my family has made me who I am today. Without my family, I would not know how to interact with people, or how to show love, a key to any relationship, and compassion. My strong and supportive family has also made me a more self-confident individual. Going through high school could easily have been some of hardest years of my life, but I was lucky enough to find a deep connection with my family. I have learned from family, laughed with family, and grown from family, and I hope that someday I can teach and support others the way my family has me. I am part of mom’s group in the facebook. As a new mom or as the mother of more than one child, support from other women can be key to success during the early days with a newborn. Positive encouragement and reassurance from other mothers helped me meet my breastfeeding goals, Then there are times when i can’t figure out exactly what my son needs or he cries...

My connection to Play My two items from my childhood When I think of play, I imagine myself in my grandparent’s garden with my cousins playing with dirt and pretend I am the mother and they are my kids. We weren’t fortunate enough to have toys like the kids have now. We would create our own games without any toys available and would get mom and dad help to let me use their things to use it during my play. Dramatic play is fantasy play and I remember it was my favorite type of play. I imagine myself like dressing up in costumes, pretending to be different characters, using toys to represent characters in stories, and creating imaginary settings. Some examples of manipulative play are using small toys like blocks or Legos to build objects, putting together puzzles, and making bead necklaces. Physical play is another play I can imagine myself doing it, such as riding bikes, balls, jump ropes, hoops, and play structures.
